 I AM SO BEHIND on posts, it's crazy. Back in April (yes, APRIL), my husband had coworkers visiting from Poland. He organized a little weekend outing to show them the Boston Freedom Trail, and I tagged along because, well, I've never done the Freedom Trail despite living 15 minutes outside of Boston. "YOU'VE NEVER DONE THE FREEDOM TRAIL?!" said every Boston person that we know. No. I had never done it. It was a beautiful spring day, and thank god it was chilly, because I would never have made it all the way up the 300-something steps in the Bunker Hill Monument if it had been hot weather.
